Miami weather in August
August in South Florida is HOT, humid and afternoon showers are typical. Bring plenty of sunscreen and hit the ocean or pool to stay cool.
Miami weather in August
Hot, hot, hot! Probably light afternoon showers and maybe a possible hurricane......
VERY VERY VERY.....................HOT HOT HOT. I found it really hard to keep cool and must have drunk gallons of OJ. But I just love Miami and the Keys so it deffinately wouldnt stop me visiting again in Aug. Just ENJOY the trip. Its my very favourite place in the whole wide world. Julia Isle of Wight, England.
Did anyone say it was really really HOT!
August is beautiful temp around 90 with 100% humidity goes down though at night to around 89 the water is a cool 85 but plenty of rain to cool you off. But hey grab a few beers and watch the weather channel for the cat 5 storm that will have the keys evacuating ahhhh south Florida in August.
well thank you everyone, I am either going to get blown to death or fry.....
Something like that daz1967. On the upside you can swim. I don%26#39;t like the beach this time of year. I can only handle it during the summer. Otherwise it%26#39;s to cold.
Oh, I just saw you are from England. You lot know how to swim in cold water!
Yea, you%26#39;ll fry. Sorry! And let%26#39;s not hope a hurricane isn%26#39;t here the week you are visiting. On the plus side with the hurricane....if it%26#39;s to hot you will have a stiff breeze!
hi it will be nice and hot, rain late afternoon some thundery showers. was there august last year week before katrina decided to come in. was nice though.
Hot hot and humid. I love Miami during that time of the year!!!!!!! Beats the Canadian winters we got here.
We love it in August as the days are l-o-n-g for more beach time, the water is warm for great swimming, and the evenings are warm so you don%26#39;t need a sweater or light jacket when you go out for the evening.
If you are into the beach, you my find an umbrella makes the peak of the day much more comfortable. Also, you want to use LOTS of high-quality sunscreen. Getting sunburnt on your first day can ruin a whole vacation! Use lots and apply often!
