Is this the best way to universal?

I got these directions from yahoo but they seem different than the way we went a couple years ago. They don%26#39;t mention the expressway and I think that we were on it briefly. Can anyone tell me if these are correct or if there is a better way?

From 8741 International Dr.:

Turn left onto Sand Lake from Intl Dr.

Turn right on Turkey Lake Rd (why do I think it was an expressway?)

That is a back-entrance to Universal, the more common entrance is Universal Blvd. thats on the more northen end of I-Drive. Both ways work, traffic is usually pretty busy on both roads so I dont think there will be any traffic advantage either way.

I think it%26#39;s easier to get to the parking garages going in on Universal Blvd than taking the Turkey Lake entrance, but that%26#39;s just me. Be prepared for some congestion at the intersection of Universal Blvd. and I-Drive.

You also have the option to take I-4, which if you aren%26#39;t going or coming during the local work rush hour, is not a bad choice. There is an exit from I-4 to Sand Lake Road. You can access I-4 from either Univeral Blvd. or Kirkman Road.

You can also take Universal Blvd. to Sand Lake, turn right, and take Kirkman Road (the next exit, and it%26#39;s on the left) north. There is a main Universal entrance off Kirkman Road just north of I-4.

From Turkey Lake, you have to take a right on Vineland Rd. (there%26#39;s a fork in the road; Turkey Lake goes left, Vineland Rd. goes right). The Universal entrance will be on the right from Vineland Rd.

Hi, Would these same directions apply from The Homewood at 8745 I. Drive?

We will be renting a wheelchair at Universal and I believe you obtain them at the parking garage structure.
