kent vs marseilles

i%26#39;m a first timer and acording to my budget and locations my 2 tops choices are hotel kent and mairselles hotel(this one have pool)of course both hotel have negative a positive things,my main concern is a lot of noise in the early morning in the kent hotel,i need some advise to make up my mind .thanks

We stayed in the Kent 29th March till 8th April last year so just after Spring Break. On one or two nights there was a bit of noise at night but it never kept us awake. As I say, it was only an occasional thing and it was just the noise of people coming back from clubs and going to their rooms, not parties.

We just got back from South Beach two weeks ago and we stayed at the Mairselles - the furniture in the rooms was very nice. The pool area is not so nice - (we stayed at the South Seas last time we were there and the sanded hammock area joins with the mairselles). We had a partial ocean view room. the bath room was horrible. The showers just trickled down and the water was very hot (this is with the cold all of the way on. I heard a lot of street noise and were were facing the ocean on the 3rd floor. But it is a very nice location to the beach. Also close to everything.
