Sanibel Island Nightlife?

We are passing through Sanibel and staying for one night next week. Just wondered if there was any nightlife at all (not disco-type but maybe live music etc?)

Sanibel Island Nightlife?

Right as your get onto Sanibel Islnad, the second building on the right after the end of the causeway is the Visitor Center. Stop and ask if anyone has some live entertainment that night. It%26#39;s usually available at Key Lime Bistro or RC Otters on Captiva, as well as the Mucky Duck there. Live piano at Ellington%26#39;s some nights. But do ask at the Visitor center.

The Jacaranda usually has some live music... but I%26#39;m fairly certain it is not every night. You can probably pull a website up with a search engine. It%26#39;s right on Periwinkle. Turn right off the causeway %26amp; drive. You%26#39;ll see it on the left.

Ellington%26#39;s has music every night, currently starting at 7 (I was there a couple of weeks ago). If you don%26#39;t want to eat, you could also enjoy the music at the adjacent bar.

We were in Trader%26#39;s one afternoon for a snack in the bar between lunch and dinner, and noticed there was an area set up for musicians, so they may have music also.

FYI, when we were at Ellington%26#39;s the music was, I think, a trio, sort of light jazz.
