We went last year and some rooms are pretty grotty (mould, broken furniture, dirty carpets). Our rooms we were allocated were fine but problems arose two days into our holiday (broken air con). We were offered an upgrade free of charge.

If your room is not acceptable ask to speak direct with the hotel manager and ask for your room to be changed she was very apologetic and more than happy to upgrade us.

In general the hotel was really nice and the grounds and pools were clean.

Thanks very much for your reply. It%26#39;s a few years since I stayed there and am a bit put off by all the bad reports.

i visited sheraton world recently it was great!!! as soon as you get there ask for an upgrade to the tower. it is incredible. the service is very good, my young son locked the bathroom door from the outside. the staff came straight up and gave us a complimentary fruit basket and two free movies.
