Ft Lauderdale Hotels near airport

I am looking for a rather inexpensive, clean, hotel near the airport. We get in (with young children) in the middle of the night and are flying out the following morning. A shuttle would be preferred. Thanks!

Perhaps the LaQuinta in Hollywood ( South of the Airport) would be a good choice. I am not sure how late their shuttles run, but it is a clean hotel that does a lot of pre and post cruise business and is accustomed to shuttleing folks around. It is on the south end of a big strip mall and has lots of restaurants nearby but if you are coming in so late, that probably doesn%26#39;t matter. They do have a breakfast buffet included - always helpful with kids.

Another possibility would be the Hampton Inn Fort Lauderdale North. It offers a continental breakfast and has a 24-hour shuttle to the airport. It is a very nice hotel that is close to the airport and will certainly suit your needs. I have provided a link to the hotel%26#39;s webpage for more information. The La Quinta is a fine place to stay, but their shuttle only operates from 6AM-11PM.
