Comfort Inn @ RJ stadium, safe area?

Hello,

I was wondering if the Comfort Inn at RJ stadium is in a safe area. We will be staying one night before a cruise in May. I am trying to decide between the Comfort Inn and The Howard Johnson on S. Dale. Which one is better?

Comfort Inn @ RJ stadium, safe area?

My choice would be the Comfort Inn, it is in an OK area, better than the HoJo%26#39;s(lots of traffic, and strip clubs across the street and next door). There is a Sam Seltzers steak restaurant next door, and a Pop and Sons restaurant for breakfast. Mostly surrounded by Car dealerships, so if its just for the one night, I say go Comfort Inn.
